Use this worksheet to practice your modern calligraphy lowercase letters while developing muscle memory with your skills and practicing mindfulness and self-care.

Here’s what you’ll need:
Tracing paper or Marker Paper
Brush pen…I recommend the hard tip #tombowfudenosuke (or calligraphy pen with ink and nib if you’re really going for it!) Note: If you don’t have a brush or calligraphy pen, feel free to use a regular pen or pencil. This will at least get you started on the basic letter formations.
PATIENCE! 🤗
Here’s what you do:
Download and print the practice worksheet
Place the tracing paper or marker paper over the worksheet
Trace each letter by following the directional numbers on each letter
TAKE YOUR TIME 😌
I suggest practicing for at least 15 minutes every day as a form of self-care and mental health. Practicing the art of calligraphy is a great way to calm your mind and spirit. ✨
Be sure to save your practice tracing paper sheets. After a few weeks of intentional practice, I think you’ll be amazed at your progress!
